Best Fashion Looks From The OSCARS 2022 Night

When it comes to red carpet fashion, nothing beats the Oscars. This once-a-year event is an opportunity for actor and movie stars put on their best outfits and show off on the red carpet. For the last two years, there was no red carpet as the award shows went digital and the stars wore more casual clothes and took portraits from their sofas or hotel suites. This year’s Oscars was celebrated a few days ago and the red carpet came back to life and celebrities turned up dressed to the nines.

Here is a look at some of the best fashion from Oscars 2022.

Rachel Zegler was initially planning to wear sweatshirt and watch the Oscars on her couch because she was snubbed by the Academy for an invite. After she informed a fan that she wasn’t invited, the Academy quickly extended her an invite and role as a presenter. Rachel stunned everyone and wore a Dior gown featuring black sequin and she matched it with a golden choker.

Nicole Kidman is a legend that needs no introduction. This Best Actress nominee showed up in this drop dead gorgeous gown by Armani Prive. The color of the gown looks amazing on her and it features a trailing sparkle train. She finished the look with a cherry red lip.

Zendaya showed up with the teeniest baby blouse that we have ever seen. Some said it is clear homage to Sharon Stone’s white men’s shirt at the 1998 Oscars. She paired the quarter shirt with a shimmering skirt that has an enormous, dramatic flounce. It was cool, modern and classic all at the same time. Glittery diamond bracelets adorned her hands and she completed the look with a sophisticated updo.

Both the tennis legends and and executive producers of King Richard came out to support the film and its nominated stars. Serena Williams wore a Gucci gown that combines romance, softness and sexy fierceness. Venus donned an Elie Saab gown that is strong and sexy with a plunging neckline.

The Best Actress nominee is a true fashionista’s love of vintage.  As such, it is no surprise that Kirsten Dunst wearing a deep fuchsia Christian Lacroix silk and tulle ruffled strapless gown. She is also a fan of soft romantic elements with subtle retro undertones.  Her blonde hair was pulled up in an upside chignon bun and face framing strands. Kirsten kept the accessories to a minimal and only wore a pair of Fred Leighton baguette diamond drop earrings and Roger Vivier shoes.
